contextseason I was a patient at Kindred in S Phladelphian for 1 month. Insufficient staff. I was non weight bearing & required to used bnedpan 24/7. I waited for call bell 5 min to 2 hrs. The nurses are very competent. Some of the aides could have been nicer. I received a bath 1 time from staff in the entire month. NO ONE offered. I assumed it is no longer part of care. My husband & girlfriend bathed me. The Dr , OT & PT were excellent. Second shift was better than day shift in regard to answering call lights. Food terrible. Case manager was not customer oriented & had an attitude. I would think twice b4 going there. Most of staff were kind & did what they could. The state should walk in & time how long it takes to answer lights
