Police in Union County have charged a man after they say he sexually assaulted a patient at an assisted living facility.
"When deputies arrived on scene, administration told them than an employee witnessed a male nurse sexually assault a patient at around 3:30 a.m. The female victim reportedly suffers from dementia and was not capable of defending herself, according to Union County officials."
