According to a recent Stanford Journal: "Two lawsuits were filed against a Stanford nursing home allege that the facility failed to deliver care, services and supervision to two nursing home residents whose health suffered as a result.
On Dec. 22, a wrongful death nursing home lawsuit was filed in Lincoln County Circuit Court alleging that a resident died April 4 due to neglect suffered while at Stanford's Golden Living Center.
Another complaint was filed against the Stanford nursing home facility on Dec. 23 and alleges several of the same defendants failed to fulfill their obligations of care to another resident of the Golden Living Center.
Both complaints cite alleged violations of statutory standards and regulations governing nursing homes in Kentucky,
